Project Description:

Design and development of a Facebook customer service app for Overgas. The goal of the application is to deliver value to customers of the Overgas Facebook Fan Page. This app is an effective instrument of client relationships management. It enables constant two-way conversation with the clients and creates a positive company image. The company can send important messages to customers through the CMS system and Overgas employees get notifications about user posts published through the application.
