Project Description:
We developed a customized Android application for “Zornitza Family Estate”, offering to the guests an intuitive way to manage services in real time. The platform ensures seamless access to all available services. This solution enhances communication, optimizes internal processes, and boosts guest engagement by delivering a smooth and personalized experience.
The app features an adaptive interface for easy access to hotel services. Through an integrated booking system, guests can schedule spa treatments, order from the restaurant and room service, book visits to the winery and farm, and control in-room audio and video settings. Additionally, the app provides personalized recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
A powerful back-end management panel allows administrators to oversee service availability, pricing, and reservations in real time. They can track statistics, analyze user behavior, and customize offers. The system also includes automated notifications for confirmations and reminders, improving the efficiency of hotel operations.
The platform is fully integrated with the hotel’s ERP and CRM systems, ensuring seamless coordination of all operations and effective guest relationship management.
